Beautification

Community Beautification is the simplest and most cost effective way to raise property values, especially in a low income community. It is also the easiest and most cost effective way to change attitudes and people’s perspectives, restore hope, pride and dignity, and pave the way for others to make changes regarding the root systemic issues in the low income community.

PANDSCORP is committed to facilitating and supporting community beautification all across the US, as well as other initiatives that will affect the way we live.

Beautification can have a tremendous positive impact on a community, especially one that is already struggling. Here is a list of resources, ideas, and additional information that will help you to better understand why beautification is so important and what you can do to get involved.

Below are some articles I have written about beautification projects, as well as some projects I have been involved with.
